John W. Tumelty Cancer Survivor College Scholarship Terms and Conditions
The John W. Tumelty Cancer Survivor College Scholarship is open to current high school seniors in Atlantic County and Cape May County in New Jersey. Scholarship applicants must be scheduled to enroll at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States within one semester of the scholarship application deadline. Applicants may be required to provide proof of college acceptance and enrollment. Additionally, applicants may be required to provide medical information that includes proof of a current or previous cancer diagnosis for themselves or family member.
The scholarship winner will be selected by staff members at the Law Offices of John W. Tumelty. All decisions of the contest selection committee will be final.
Privacy Policy: The information you share in the scholarship essay contest, including any medical information, will be used exclusively for selection of the scholarship winner. We will not sell, share, distribute, or otherwise make available to any unaffiliated parties your personal information provided in the scholarship application, except as follows:
- The winner of the John W. Tumelty Cancer Survivor College Scholarship will be publicly announced by name on our law firm’s website, via email, and through social media channels and platforms.
- Any finalists in the John W. Tumelty Cancer Survivor College Scholarship may be publicly announced by name on our law firm’s website, via email, and through social media channels and platforms.
- The winning essay may be published or publicly distributed.
